With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology, AI chips, as the core component supporting intelligent computing, are gradually becoming an important driving force for scientific and technological innovation. The application of AI chips is becoming more and more widespread in a variety of fields, such as smart home, automatic driving, intelligent medical care, etc., and its software and hardware design are constantly evolving and innovating. New algorithms, models, optimization techniques and business models continue to emerge, injecting new vitality into the development of AI chips. At the same time, with the deep integration of big data, cloud computing and IoT technologies, traditional computing architectures can no longer meet the growing computing demands, and AI chips, with their efficient parallel computing capabilities and low-power characteristics, have become the key to solving this problem. Especially in edge computing scenarios, AI chips can realize real-time data processing and intelligent decision-making, providing powerful support for various application scenarios. This special session will focus on the latest progress and future trends of AI chips, covering various aspects of AI chips, such as theoretical research, algorithm optimization, architecture design, software framework, and hardware implementation. We look forward to receiving innovative papers on AI chips, including but not limited to research results on novel algorithms, efficient models, optimization techniques, low-power designs, security and trustworthiness of AI chips.

组织者简介:
黄端教授于上海交通大学取得信息与通信工程博士学位。2017年，他加入了中南大学。在过去的五年里，他在SCI Google学术数据库的记录超过2000次，发表了50多篇SCI论文，并申请了40多项发明专利。最近，他主要专注于光电芯片（电子处理器和光子芯片）、人工智能（安全）、量子通信和量子计算领域。
