1. Instructions

2. Authors' registration fee includes:
One Paper Publication (一篇文章的版面费)
All Technical Sessions (keynote speeches, oral and poster presentation, etc.)
Two Coffee breaks (两次茶歇)
Lunch & Dinner (大会当日中晚餐)
Conference program guide (会议物资)
One-day tour (一日游)
Note: Free invitation to attend the conference is only extended to one author for one registration. If more than one author of a paper will come, all the authors attending the conference must complete their registration individually.
一篇注册文章仅提供一位免费参会名额，若有同行作者，请联系组委会，并按要求完成注册程序。
3. The registration fee does not include:
Accommodation
Visa application fee
Transportation fee
Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper. Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@csaeconf.org If the author want to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee.
Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund.
After October 3, 2024: No Refund.
