Manuscripts Submission
  1. Manuscripts preparation
    1. Full paper
      Please format your paper according to the Template. Regular papers are allowed to 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will incur additional charges. All submissions must be full papers in English.
    2. Abstract
      Abstract will be invited to make an oral report or poster, and not be published in the proceedings. Please fill in application form , and send it to email: info@csaeconf.org.

    • Submit through the Online Submission System .You could find the instruction about how to submit your paper to OpenReview by click here. If there is any problem with the submission system, please feel free to contact us through email (info@csaeconf.org) or telephone (+86-18627962072).Or you could send the paper to info@csaeconf.org.

Copyright Notice
Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher. The Editors reserve the right to edit or otherwise alter all contributions, but authors will receive proofs for approval before publication.

Notes on Academic Misconduct

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

1) Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2) Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
3) Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4) Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
5) No refunds will be made for academic misconduct at any time.

Publishing Process

  • Submission Acknowledgement

    This year we will use OpenReview for paper submission.Please submit the manuscript to the online submission system.To facilitate the organizing committee in notifying you of the paper status, we strongly recommend that after submitting your manuscript, you send an email to info@csaeconf.org with the subject "CSAE submission" and provide your Submission Number and valid contact phone number.

  • Basic Review

    The editor or editorial assistant performs an initial technical criteria check (paper field, structure of submission, adherence to the submission instructions, English language usage and a check for the similarity rate).
    Any manuscripts out of the scope or containing plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, are rejected.

  • Peer Review

    We use a double-blind system for peer review; both reviewers' and authors' identities remain anonymous. The submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least two experts: one editorial staff member as well as one to three external reviewers. The review process may take about 1 month.

  • Notification of the Result of Review

    The decision to accept or reject an article is based on the suggestions of reviewers. Acceptance notifications will be sent to the registered author.

  • Registration Fee Is Paid

    After acceptance the authors need to pay the registration fee, and upload the final version of the papers according to the registration instructions.

  • Submission of Copyright Agreement and Final Manuscript Proofreading

    Once the copyright agreement system is open, you will receive an email notification from the committee regarding the submission of the copyright agreement and the camera-ready manuscripts. Please keep an eye on your email for this information.After successfully submitting the copyright agreement, the corresponding author's email will receive the system URL for submitting the final draft. As the final draft system will automatically convert your paper into web and PDF formats, please strictly follow the formatting requirements before submitting your paper. Failure to do so may result in conversion errors, making it impossible to complete the final draft proofreading.Once the final manuscript is proofed and confirmed, no more changes are allowed.

  • Plagiarism Detection

    All confirmed manuscripts will be checked using iThentiacte. There will be high risk of being rejected for publication for manuscripts with 30% or higher duplication rate. Please avoid multiple, redundant or concurrent submission and high duplication rate of your manuscript.

  • Publication Notice

    After publication, authors and readers will be notified and invited to visit our website for the newly published articles. And one E-copy of the conference proceeding will be sent to the corresponding author.
