2. The registration fee only includes the attendance cost.Regardless of the type of ticket you choose, you will need to pay the registration fee + APC fee.
( 注册费仅包含参会费用。无论您选择哪个类型的参会门票， 您需要支付的金额是注册费与出版费的总和。)
投稿到SCIE Publication的文章不适用以上注册费条款，作者需要支付论文推荐费以及出版社要求的版面费（如有，具体金额见对应期刊的官网或录用通知）。
3. The registration fee does not include:
Accommodation
Visa application fee
Transportation fee
Article Processing Charge
选择临时撤稿的作者，请发送邮件告知组委会：info@confsync.cn投稿作者申请撤稿或者仅参会的学者不能出席会议（而又无法将其参与的活动转至他人名下），退款规则如下：
会前50天：扣除文章处理费后，余下全额退款
会前50-15天内：50%的退款
2026年10月3日之后：无退款
（Notice: Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms. ）
