ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program and do not qualify for a waiver will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance.

Corresponding authors affiliated with the these institutions(updated on November 27, 2024) in China are eligible for a waiver of publication fees. The latest list of fee-waived institutions can be found at: https://libraries.acm.org/acmopen/open-participants

3. The registration fee does not include:
Accommodation
Visa application fee
Transportation fee
Article Processing Charge
If the author wishes to withdraw the manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their participation to another person, the following refund arrangements apply:
Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee.
Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund.
After October 3, 2025: No Refund.
Please note that the handling fee is non-refundable.
